Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how personal data of people who visit trixsoft.dev or contact Trixsoft is processed. Trixsoft mobile apps have their own privacy policies, published on each app's page.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is:
Trixsoft Kamil Nędzaul. Augustyna Szamarzewskiego 21 lok. 2, 60-514 Poznań, Poland
Tax ID (NIP): 6282218350, REGON: 383379280
email: [email protected]
You can contact us at the email address above about anything related to your personal data.
2. What data we process and why
Email correspondence. When you write to [email protected], we process your email address, your name (if you provide it) and the content of your message. We do this to reply and to continue the conversation, for example about technical support or a partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the correspondence concerns entering into or performing a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Server logs. Each time you visit the site, the server records technical information about the request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the response code, browser and operating system type, and the referring page. We use this only to keep the site secure and working properly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Content delivery and protection. Traffic to the site passes through the Cloudflare network, which delivers the site to visitors and protects it from attacks. For this purpose Cloudflare processes your IP address and request information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which shows aggregate statistics: number of visits, popular pages, country and device type. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not build visitor profiles. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies
The site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. In exceptional situations, for example when an attack is suspected, Cloudflare may set technical cookies needed to protect the site (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance). They are not used to identify you or for marketing.
4. How long we keep data
- Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your matter and then until any potential claims become time-barred, but no longer than 3 years after the conversation ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Server logs are kept for no longer than 14 days.
- Visitor statistics are aggregated and do not identify individual visitors.
5. Who we share data with
Data may only be shared with providers that help us run the site and email, under data processing agreements or their terms of service:
- the provider of the VPS server that hosts the site (mikr.us),
- Cloudflare, Inc. – content delivery, attack protection, DNS, visitor statistics and email forwarding,
- Google – mailbox hosting (Gmail).
We may also share data with public authorities where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare and Google may also process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which these companies participate, or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- have your data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability, to the extent we process data on the basis of a contract,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa), if you believe we process your data unlawfully.
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
8. Other information
Providing data in an email is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply. We do not make automated decisions and we do not profile visitors.
This policy may change, for example when the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
